Enter your account number where it says: Login ID: Account Number only.
Please do not enter leading zeros - this will lock your account
Then click: Log in
The system will then prompt you to either answer your MFA question OR re-setup your MFA for the new site. Remember to also register your PC. By doing this, MOON will recognize your computer and will not ask your security questions. This is for your protection.
Enter your password. Now you should be able to view your accounts and activity. If you are not able to access your account, please contact our Call Center during regular business hours at (734) 242-3222 or (800) 541-2222 and a Call Center Specialist will be happy to assist you.
