How do I log in to Online Banking after the merger?
Please login to Online Banking by clicking on Member Login Button at the top of this Page.
Login ID / Username
During your first login, you will use your current Hampton V.A. Login ID as the Username.
Password
During your first login, use the last four (4) digits of your SSN as the security code / password.
- You will be asked to create a new password between 9 – 16 characters, including Letters (Upper and Lower Case) and Numbers. The password is case-sensitive.
- For example, if you use cats1234! as your password, CATS1234! will not work.

Call 1-866-985-2273; please note that you will need to call from the phone number on file with Hampton V.A. FCU.
Do I need to change my Payroll?
No, you do not need to immediately update your payroll information.
We can still process your transactions, including direct deposits and checks you write, using Hampton V.A. FCU's Routing Number - 251480725. We did this to reduce the impact on Hampton V.A FCU's Members.
