- Enter your current Access ID in the Login ID box and click on the 'Login' button.
- Enter your current Password and click on the 'Login' button again.
- You will be prompted to change your password and choose a new one. The new password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least one letter and/or one number.
- You will be prompted to register your account for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where you will enter a secret phrase, answer three challenge questions and enter your e-mail address.
