If this is your first time logging into our system, remember: Login ID = Member Number (no leading zeros).
- You need to obtain your password from the email address you registered with; if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail. You will be prompted to change this password when you login. You will also be asked to setup your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) questions and phrase; this is added security for your Online Banking account.
- If you'd like to change your Login ID to something other than your Member Number, once in Online Banking, under User Profile/User Preferences, scroll down to Personal Information and the first item says, "Login ID." It tells you what it is currently - if you'd like to change it, click on the "change" link to update your Login ID.

If you encounter trouble logging in, please verify you are entering your Login ID correctly.
· If you're using your Member Number, remember there are no leading zeros, but if there is a zero at the end - you need to include it.
· If you enter your Login ID incorrectly, the system will ask you questions (such as the MFA questions you answered the first time you logged in). As you have entered your Login ID incorrectly, these won't be your MFA questions and they will not be familiar to you - or your answer will not work. Carefully re-enter your Login ID again.
Please note: Passwords are case sensitive. If you are having trouble, please verify your CAPS LOCK is turned off.
