We continue to take precautions to protect our members and employees from COVID-19. Branch services are limited to drive-thru, ATM, and night drop. The Phoenix office access is drive-thru lanes, ATM, night drop, and an outside walk-up window. The West Valley (Litchfield Park) office access is ATM and night drop. A phone number is posted at the West Valley office ATM to communicate with staff to handle your transactions during business hours. Online access to your account is available 24/7.
We will continue to update members on any further actions we are taking to limit exposure to COVID-19.
If applying for a loan, the online loan application is easy to use, and we offer web-sign for loan closing. For your smartphone, download the Touch Banking App, enter the app code alhambracu, and have the convenience of banking from your phone.
