IMPORTANT NOTICE: To maintain appropriate levels of online security, on Sunday, January 29, 2017, the credit union will disable access to Home Branch from devices and browsers that do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher. Any device that is not using TLS 1.2 or higher will be unable to connect to Home Branch. Today, all recent versions of the major internet browsers provide the option to use TLS 1.2 and higher.

In the past, when the credit union has updated access restrictions, some third party products that interface with Home Branch have lost functionality because they do not utilize current TLS versions. In some cases, WEOKIE has no partnership with the providers and cannot force them to update their products.

Although a high percentage of all PC/browser combinations currently in use support TLS 1.2, there is a chance the security level may not be enabled in your browser settings, especially if you are using an older browser version. If you cannot access Home Branch after January 29, please update your browser to a newer version that supports TLS 1.2 or follow the instructions linked below to enable such security. Thank you!
