Online Banking Login Changes/Recommendations
 

1.      There is no longer a site image and secret phrase

2.      We recommend members create a NEW login ID that is different than their assigned member number.

o   To update your log in ID, log into Online Banking

o   Click on "User Profile" then "User Preferences"

o   Under the "Personal Info" section you will see your Login ID, click "Change"

o   Create a new log in ID with at least 6 characters

o   Click "Update"

 

You will no longer have to enter your log in ID and password on separate windows. Once your log in ID and password have been entered, you will receive your challenge questions. “Login as a different user” will be removed, as it is no longer required. After changing an email address in Online Banking, an email will be sent to both the old email address and the new email address.
